We look forward to welcoming you to the Ru's Farm cottages! We know you will thoroughly enjoy your time in Sonoma, on our beautiful farmlands in Healdsburg.
Check in is at 3 pm. Check out is 11 am. We are a private vacation rental so there is no “front desk” but we are available 24/7 should you need us (always with a big smile). We are located at  670 Bailhache Avenue in Healdsburg, California.

payment policy

Payment + $200 refundable security deposit is required to secure your booking.  PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Visa, MasterCard, Check & Cash.  Room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes. All deposits and payments are due in U.S. funds only.  
Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.

cancellation policy

we require a 14 day cancellation period due to the seasonal nature of the area. If you cancel before 14 days of arrival, you will receive a full refund of your deposit less a $25 processing charge. If you are cancelling with less than 14 days notice, you will be charged in full for your reservation. Reducing the length of stay or an early departure within 14 days of arrival is considered a cancellation.
Due to the small number of cottages, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we must hold firmly to our cancellation policy.  For this reason we strongly suggest the purchase of travel insurance and highly recommend

good neighbor policy

Ru's Farm is a non smoking property.
The county of Sonoma does not allow parties or gatherings in vacation rentals. Guests are limited to the capacity stated on each cottage description.
We believe everyone has the right to a quiet, relaxing escape. If you are not complying with our policies or requests from management to behave, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and your booking will be non-refundable.

weddings + events policy

We are a fully licensed facility and host special events for up to 150 people. If you are interested in hosting your own, please email us or visit our web site rusfarmweddings.com for more information.
If you are coming just to relax, not to worry, the cottages are set up to insure their privacy with their own entrance, deck and private garden. The cottage parking is also removed from the event area. All events end by 9 pm so you can rest, relax and have your own space.

dog policy

We love dogs but unfortunately cannot allow them in our cottages. Should you be travelling with a furry friend, we can help you with a pet sitter or reputable doggie “camp”. Please email us for details.
